If dust adheres to the epitome sensor and dust spots appear on the images, y'all tin can clean the image sensor yourself with a commercially-available photographic camera blower.
IMPORTANT
- The epitome sensor is extremely delicate. If the sensor needs to be cleaned straight, having it done by a Canon Service Center is recommended.
- Make sure to use a fully-charged battery.
1. Detach the lens before yous kickoff cleaning.
2. Set the shooting style to a Creative Zone style.
3. Press the <MENU> button to bring up the card display.
4. Select [ ] tab, [Make clean manually], and so press the <> button.

CAUTION
